Cypress Valley Preserve is located on US 183, 6.4 miles north of Seward Junction, which is at the intersection of US 183 and Texas 29, approximately 25 miles north of Austin and 15 miles west of IH-35.

The entrance is on the west side of the road (US 183). Look for the red Shoot from the Heart sign.
